CBS Los Angeles:

Helicopter drones are one of the military’s most effective tools. Unmanned aircraft that can get in and out of touch spaces without being detected.

In the tough world of real estate these days, some might call it war, those drones are now being used to sell pricey homes in Southern California.

The drones can sweep in, circle a home, take a 360 degree view and give the potential buyer the kinds of details you’d be hard pressed to find in a MLS.

Now this is something that will definitely catch on for “virtual” real estate tours. It’s nice to see the technology of drones being used for real estate. That customized RC helicopter with a camera is definitely expensive even without the camera. I hope someone can make something less expensive but can get the job done.

Acquiring such marketing technique will need a huge sum of money since you need to buy or rent drones, but at the same time potential buyers will get more interest buying the property since they will get all the details virtually.
