A Blue Lobster Business Opportunities?

For some weird reason, I have a real fascination with lobster businesses.

This haul has made my day:

A fisherman hauled an extremely rare blue lobster out of the waters off Prince Edward Island’s North Shore Wednesday. Blair Doucette landed the lobster in North Rustico. Only about one in four million lobsters is blue. The colour is caused by a genetic mutation.

    Ah, if only that super rare mutation could be bred in volume. The Blue Lobster Seafood Bar. Think of it! Imagine the possibilities. A jazzy slice of lime snuggled up on a bone white plate, with slivers of sushi ginger. A frosty rimmed Margarita sitting hard by. But alas. I don’t usually think of crustaceans as ‘cute’, but that’s a nice looking little guy there, eh?
