Entrepreneur Brings Fitness To Kids By Bus

“I have a degree in recreation management and was starting to get frustrated by the lack of jobs in my field,” Karas said. “I wasn’t born an entrepreneur, but heard about the program at EHub and decided to explore the possibility of starting a business.”

Karas initially thought about doing corporate team building, but as she worked on a business plan, she found that she lacked the passion and knowledge in that field.

“I was trying to do something that someone else did successfully instead of focusing on something unique that I could do,” she said.

With 15 years of gymnastics experience, both as a participant and coach, Karas looked for a way that she could develop a business that helped her use her talents. Her first thought was to open a gymnastic club, but a competitive analysis showed that this market was already saturated.

“So, I thought, what if I go to children instead of having them come to me,” Karas said.
