When there is snow on the ground and the roads are icy, most people would stay at home. However, Russian inventor, Sergei Khvalin, thought of a better idea. When the ground is covered, he gets out his homemade propeller and a pair of ski’s. After strapping it to his back, he uses it to ski down the road.
According to The Telegraph, his device was made using a small lawnmower motor, a handmade propeller, and various parts from a paraglider.
