The other day my wife asked me if I’d take a look at the program she was using to keep track of the boys’ homeschooling. For some reason her schedule was corrupted and she wanted me to fix it.

It was completely corrupt and she ended up restoring from a backup, but not before a lightbulb went off in my head.

If she needs a better homeschool scheduling, planning and monitoring app, there are probably other people who do too.

So, I built one.

It’s called PlanKilt, as in “covering the important stuff and not getting in your way.” Get it? A kilt!

I’ll share more about if the beta is successful.

If you’d like to try it out, go to the website www.plankilt.com and sign up as a beta tester. I’ll ensure that Business Opportunities Weblog readers the get first crack at it.

PS, if you’re not a homeschool parent, but you know one, share this with them and I’ll give them free beta access, too.
