Phil and Margo Tolliver opened Lost Creek Jerky three months ago in Genoa Township.
The Tollivers cook, cut and package beef, chicken, venison and buffalo jerky by hand.
Phil Tolliver tells the Livingston County Daily Press & Argus of Howell the business is a “one-man-and-his-wife operation.”
