With many soldiers leaving service with technical and computer skills, New York-based Incline is offering training in order to help them adapt that talent to the workplace.

Today, at 27 years-old, Brittany Laughlin acts as CEO for Incline, saying she saw a business need and wanted to make a difference.

“(The) idea for ‘free training’ is that there are over one (million) men and women getting out of the US armed forces looking for opportunities to start new careers. Since web developer positions (are) in high demand, with companies paying $16k+ in recruiter fees for one hire, why not put that money towards training top military talent looking to make a transition,” says Laughlin.
