Malaya:

There’s off the rack, made to order , couture in clothes. An enterprising young woman found her niche in couture ice cream business. What? You may say couture ice cream?

Craving for maple syrup with bacon bits? Basil with guava? She has those flavors, you want kesong puti with saba banana or tapsilog? You may order that and she will accommodate your request.

Pinkerton Ice Cream, owned by 25-year-old Alexandra “Xandra” Rocha, serves ice cream flavors like Candied Maple Bacon, Vanilla Fudge Brownie, Food For the Gods, or Carrot Cake with Honey Glazed Walnuts.

Pinkerton offers a unique variety of ice cream flavors which you won’t see in your local ice cream stores.

“Pinkerton Ice Cream is often referred to as ‘couture ice cream.’ People can make special requests and we are more than happy to accommodate them. We want our customers happy,” Xandra said.

By accommodating special requests and suggestions, Xandra can create different ice cream flavors which eventually, could be included in Pinkerton’s regular ice cream list.
