Mobile augmented reality is still quite young but it is already attracting a lot of attention. It is the process of overlaying digital information onto the real world. Think of an app by a rock band where you can insert yourself into the concert with and feel like you are jamming right along with the band members. Technically impressive…yes! The business model, and how you can make money with it, is clearly still evolving.

That’s a polite way of saying mobile “AR” is really cool but no one knows how to use it yet but that doesn’t mean we should not be paying attention.
