Christina Moffatt, founder and owner, hopes to open 60 franchise stores in the next five years. It’s a c enough that she got former Jimmy John’s top exec Gregg Majewski on board as the company’s chief of franchise operations. With his help, they will expand Crème Franchise Inc. throughout the Midwest and beyond, satisfying the sweet tooth of consumers nationwide.

Moffatt and Majewski hope to raise $1.5 million on a local level to support the franchising. The money raised will be used for rebranding, updating social media outlets and may go towards opening up a few more company-owned stores in Midwest cities such as Chicago, Iowa City or Omaha.

The franchise stores will be between 1,800 and 2,500 square feet. The franchise fee will be between $20,000 and $30,000 with 4 to 6 percent in royalty fees.
