Donations Help Ill Rugby Player’s Dream Come True

Global Edmonton:

Workers from Vector Marketing raised close to $25,000 to help out Thomas Kay, who was struck by a paralyzing illness three years ago.

The disease also affected his memory and ability to communicate.

His wish is to see his favourite rugby team, the New Zealand All Blacks, play against Canada in the World Cup.

That dream will now become a reality thanks to generous donations.

“Normally for an event like this we make it a surprise but because of his condition where he’s still in a wheelchair, you know it’s day by day,” says Angie MacDougall with Vector Marketing.
