Training Company Celebrates 10 Year Anniversary In Austin

New Horizons Computer Learning Centers of Austin today announced it is celebrating its tenth year in business. The company is a franchise of Anaheim, Calif.-based New Horizons (NASDAQ: NEWH) is the world’s largest independent IT training company.

To celebrate this milestone, the company is offering free software applications training and deeply discounted technical training through the month of August. “I am proud that we are celebrating our tenth year as part of the Austin business community,� said Derek Wright, New Horizons of Austin president and chief executive officer. “We have faced the same challenges that many of our clients have seen, and this is a way for us to thank Austin for the support through the years.�

Earlier this month, New Horizons also thanked its staff with an event for employees and their families. Bob Dupree, general manager, credits the longevity of the center to its staff, “We have an exceptional team that is focused on providing outstanding solutions and support and has a commitment to provide the latest advancements in technology training.
