Herald Tribune:

The corporation set up to award franchise rights for Bradenton-based Peach’s Rise & Dine restaurants will be moving its corporate headquarters to Ohio.

“Ohio is geographically situated to let us serve our franchisees well,? Gary Hoyle, president and CEO of Peach’s Franchise LLC, the company franchising the breakfast-lunch restaurants, said in a statement.

“We’re moving . . . because (Ohio) is a wonderful incubator for franchise restaurant chains, offering the support services and expertise we need.?

Hoyle also said the company has shortened the brand name to Rise & Dine Restaurants. The new Web address for the chain is www.risedine.com

Michael Luciano, the founder of the Peach’s concept, will remain in Bradenton operating his 10 restaurants from Manatee County to Venice, including a restaurant that opened in Sarasota’s The Landings in December.

A franchisee operates an 11th store in Florida. The Florida restaurants will keep the Peach’s name.

Rise & Dine has five restaurants in Ohio with development agreements to open 45 more there, 25 in Missouri and 20 stores in Texas.
