Coffee and baked goods retailer Dunkin’ Donuts has selected data integration and business intelligence solutions provider Oco Inc.‘s software for its management and reporting capabilities for franchise development, supporting the company’s aggressive growth plans.

Founded in 1950, today the Canton, Mass.-based Dunkin’ Donuts is the largest coffee and baked goods chain in the world with more than 7,200 restaurants in 30 countries worldwide.

With Oco‘s fixed cost, fixed time approach, Dunkin’ Donuts said it was up and running with the solutions in just 6 weeks. Oco‘s solution replaced a manually intensive approach used previously and the intuitive Web interface resulted in rapid user adoption. Oco aligned its solution with Dunkin’ Donut’s business processes, and the benefits of the ‘software as a service’ model put minimal demands on internal IT resources.
