Specialty toy franchisor, Brilliant Sky Toys & Books, finalized a multi-unit franchise agreement to develop its retail brand in the Greater Phoenix, Ariz., area opening three stores over a three year time period.

“We are delighted to have reached an agreement with a strong franchise partner to develop our brand in this area,” said Brent Taylor, president and CEO of Brilliant Sky Toys & Books. “We look forward to establishing a leadership position in such an economically-sound and growing market.”

Janet Hoo, franchisee of Brilliant Sky Toys & Books, is a married mother of two children, a 4-year-old girl and a 6-year-old boy. Hoo’s professional experience is in both public and corporate education; and she holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Education from Florida International University and a Masters of Art in Instructional Technology from San Jose University.
