Gold Coast group Allied Brands Limited yesterday said it was embarking on the international expansion of its Cookie Man product, moving into at least 3 new countries by the end of the year.
It said negotiations were at an advanced stage with potential operators in the United Kingdom, Malaysia, Cyprus and the Middle East.
Allied Brands director and Cookie Man managing director Peter Elligett said Cookie Man had 56 stores in Australia with 7 new stores opening in the last 3 months.
Cookie Man, which this year celebrated its 50th birthday, was acquired by Allied Brands in 2007.
