Livonia-based New Horizons Computer Learning Centers of Michigan, Chicago & Cleveland last week announced the acquisition of the Information Management Group training business in Chicago.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition will put the New Horizons franchisee over 200 employees and give it 10 training centers in the Great Lakes region.
New Horizons of Michigan, Chicago & Cleveland is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner for Learning Solutions which began operations in 1992 as the first New Horizons franchise.
