And now Potbelly has taken one of those fan favorite creations and made it official. That’s right, there’s a new sandwich at Potbelly! It’s called the CLUBBY. It’s Potbelly’s take on the classic club sandwich. The CLUBBY is a meatier, clubbier, club sandwich with oven roasted turkey, hickory smoked ham, bacon, provolone cheese, ranch dressing, lettuce and tomato.
Carl Segal, SVP of Operations in charge of Special Projects at Potbelly says, “Potbelly customers are a creative bunch. We had a lot of our regulars making versions of a club sandwich based off of our current menu. We love the twists they put on our sandwiches and that inspired us to create the CLUBBY.
