Mimi’s Cafe Celebrates New Look

QSR Magazine.com:

Mimi’s Cafe will celebrate the grand reopening of its Laguna Niguel restaurant with a series of community events including a ribbon cutting with the mayor, free meals, and fundraising for Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC) at Mission on Wednesday, October 22 and Thursday, October 23. Guests can experience the redesigned restaurant and sample Mimi’s Cafe’s new “Just Enough” menu items and “Comfort Classics.”

“After months of anticipation, we are excited to bring the new look and feel of Mimi’s Cafe to the local community,” says Tim Pulido, president of Mimi’s Cafe.

The Laguna Niguel location is one of the first among Mimi’s Cafe’s 138 locations to feature the newly-updated décor, which is being rolled out in Southern California restaurants. The design also includes a full service bar with specialty drinks including the Mimitini and Fresh Squeezed Margaritas.

As part of the Laguna Niguel reopening, Mimi’s Cafe will be raising funds for CHOC at Mission. “Mimi’s Cafe has been a long supporter of CHOC. We are excited to partner with Mimi’s again and help raise funds for our Childlife’s Emergency Room, which has aided hundreds of thousands of Orange County families,” said Zachariah Moonitz, manager special events and cause marketing of CHOC Foundation.
