After nearly two years as tenants of a Synergy Business Centre, Andrew and Stephanie Georgiadis are set to become the first franchisees of new Synergy Business Centre Chatswood. The new Synergy franchise will be able to accommodate up to 34 businesses and will offer serviced office space, meeting room hire, a lounge facility and virtual offices.
When the married couple swapped their at-home work place for a serviced Synergy office, they reduced their working hours by 40 per cent by not having to wait for couriers or calls. So they know only too well the benefits they can offer other businesses.
“We’re excited about opening Synergy Business Centre Chatswood, not only because we see the business potential of having a Synergy franchise, but also because we know first hand the help we can give other businesses through our serviced offices,†says Stephanie.
