Retrofitness Strengthens Executive Team With Leaders From The Business Industry

Retrofitness, a unique 1980’s-themed gym chain, is pumping up its executive team as Eric Casaburi, founder and CEO, announced today the hire of two key executives, Robert Sprechman and Richard Roser. Both have been brought on to lead the company’s strategic growth initiatives for 2009 and beyond.

“It is an honor to have two highly respected individuals in the business industry join the Retrofitness team,” said Casaburi. “Robert and Richard’s shared knowledge and industry experience will enhance the Retrofitness brand and play a key role in defining the company’s structure. We’re fortunate to have them on board.”

Sprechman will serve as the company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In his new role, he will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial planning including accounting, payroll, and human resources reporting to Casaburi.

Formerly CFO of New York-based Noamex, Inc., one of the largest wholesalers of used clothing worldwide, Sprechman brings a wealth of experience to his new position that includes roles as the CFO for Dynamic Changes Hypnosis Centers and controller for HFS Reality Associates, LLC. He began his career at Gikow, Bierman and Talesnick as a staff auditor.
