Country Place Living, a franchisor of assisted-living residences for seniors in rural America, has opened its first franchise location.
Country Place Home Plus is located at 308 Washington Street in Scandia, Kan. This is the first franchise for owners Rob Floersch and Diane Larson-Floersch, both natives of Scandia.
“Since our groundbreaking in June, we have eagerly anticipated our opening and are excited to welcome our first residents,” said Rob Floersch. “Country Place Home Plus will raise the bar for quality senior care in our community.”
Country Place Living currently operates eight corporate-owned locations.
