Fatburger Opens First Dubai Location

Fog Cutter Capital Group Inc.’s Fatburger unit has opened its first Middle East restaurant at the Dubai Mall in the United Arab Emirates.

The new restaurant of Santa Monica, Calif.-based Fatburger was opened by franchisee Khalil Asfour of Vetra Investments.

Fog Cutter, which is based in Portland, now has 37 company owned restaurants, with franchisees operating 56 locations.
