Mr. Rooter and ACE DuraFlo Systems announce an exclusive agreement that allows Mr. Rooter franchisees to expand their menu of services with the addition of miniE(R), an epoxy pipe restoration technology.
MiniE(R) was created as a service tool allowing a single operator to restore a section of pipe in a matter of hours as opposed to restoring the entire home’s piping system, which typically takes several days.
“Our primary focus is to exceed our customers’ expectations,” said Mary Kennedy Thompson, president of Mr. Rooter Corporation. “Adding the miniE(R) system to our menu of services keeps us ahead of other plumbing repair companies and deepens the level of service we provide our customers.”
ePIPE(R) is a patented system that applies an epoxy barrier coating inside an existing piping system. ePIPE is designed to protect against leaks, enhance water flow and stop the leaching of heavy metals such as lead and copper into the water supply.
