ActionCOACH recently released its Top 100 Coaches listing for the month of November. These worldwide rankings are based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) – which reflect revenue amounts banked by coaches during a particular month.
Placed at the number 15 spot globally, Michael Shinnick achieved the number one Business Coach rank in Ireland.
Based out of his office in Dublin, he has been helping the owners of small and medium sized businesses using the proven systems and tools of ActionCOACH.

Shinnick is honored by this recognition.

Commenting on the economy in Ireland, Shinnick plans to build the sales and marketing aspects of his clients’ businesses next year.
“In Ireland over the last decade the ‘Celtic tiger’ economy has made the sales and marketing muscles of our businesses very weak. In effect, as the economy grew so strongly, there was plenty of work to go around and the main problem businesses faced was how to cope with the increased work load,†he said.
Shinnick believes this increasingly made businesses turn into “order takers†as they never really had to go out to prospect and sell to gain new business.
