Every year awards are presented to those franchise systems, which have achieved excellent results in the F&C partner satisfaction survey. The F&C Award pays testament to systems where the relationship between the franchisor and franchisees is particularly good. “Excellent relationships are the key prerequisite for the long-term financial success of a franchise system†said F&C Managing Director Dr. Martin Ahlert.
Over the past few years, F&C has surveyed more than 6,000 partners from 127 franchise systems and trade cooperatives. In 2008 Engel & Völkers Residential GmbH received the “F&C Gold Award” from the International Centre for Franchising and Cooperation (F&C) based in Münster, Germany.
“Engel & Völkers achieved particularly high scores for its brand image and for the services it provides in its role as franchisor. A ratio of 91% stating they would enter into partnership with Engel & Völkers again and 93% stating they would recommend Engel & Völkers to other potential franchisees certainly puts the company well above average,” Dr. Ahlert said.
Engel & Volkers is now also active in the United States with over 20 real estate shops already open in Florida, New York and various other New England states and will be expanding to California in 2009.
