Business owners often say they are committed to providing excellent customer service, but unless you have personally dealt with them, you won’t know for sure.
Other business owners also shout any awards successes from the rooftops, especially if they win international trophies.
But Australia’s largest Jim’s Mowing franchisees, who are based here on the Sunshine Coast, are a decidedly different kettle of fish: their customers are so rapt with their service that they actually alert the media to their significant award wins.
Peter Wright from Noosaville wrote to the Sunshine Coast Daily to let us know about the Jim’s Group awards John and Sharon Hasaballah have won, including national mowing franchise of the year in 2007 and 2008, and the group international franchisee of the year for 2008.
“We were ecstatic,†Mr Hasaballah said. “The Sunshine Coast is not a busy metropolitan city, so we’re proud to win such an award in the location we’re in.
“It’s not hard to grow the business because we have so much work coming in and so many clients referring us to others.
