ZeroStock Retail Pvt Ltd announced the business enterprise of its premier menswear brand Cornerstone in Rajahmundry with the launch of its first Franchise Store in the city on Tuesday. The store was launched by Telugu actor Kamal Kamaraju of “Avakaya Biryani†fame. The brand was launched in February 2008 with the opening of 20 exclusive outlets across five Indian cities, namely, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, Kochi and Vadodara.
Cornerstone intends to have a pan-India presence and plans to have at least one store in each district of Andhra Pradesh. Over the next few years, the company will add several more outlets in the Southern States of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Maharashtra. Cornerstone has taken the franchise route for its expansion plans across India, and is looking for franchising partners to create a national footprint.
