Super Mex Restaurants Inc., a family-owned and operated restaurant chain with 15 locations throughout the Southwest, including Long Beach, Orange County, Riverside County and Las Vegas, Nev., has appointed Steven Kishi as Chief Executive Officer of Super Mex Restaurants Inc. and Super Mex Franchise Corp.
Kishi’s leadership and guidance has created a new foundation for Super Mex’s expansion and success due to his expertise in developing key long-term, partnering relationships for the company. In his new role, Kishi will be responsible for providing strategic leadership for Super Mex, by establishing long-range goals, plans, policies, strategies and marketing programs.
