Stratus Building Solutions, which franchises commercial cleaning services, has awarded a new master franchise to Channen and René Smith of Denver.
The St. Louis-based franchisor of building service and maintenance franchises said the Smiths will own and manage Stratus Building Solutions of Metro Denver at 7010 Broadway in Denver.
As a master franchisee, the Smiths will exclusively offer Stratus Building Solutions franchise units for sale throughout Denver.
Stratus has awarded franchises in 14 states since it was founded in 2004. The company is headed by CEO Dennis Jarrett and President Pete Frese.Jarrett told the Business Journal earlier this month that he projects $25 million in revenue for the company this year.
