Franchise Business Review (FBR), an international franchise market research firm, bestowed Canada’s fastest growing homecare franchise system with the 6th spot on its 2009 Franchisee Satisfaction Awards top 50 list.
FBR’s annual list recognizes the best franchise systems in North America in terms of franchisee satisfaction by conducting independent surveys of franchisees from hundreds of systems across North America. The survey is considered an important resource tool for prospective franchisees as it focuses on training, support, operations, franchisor/franchisee relations and financial opportunity with an unbiased, third-party view.
