A new Qdoba Mexican Grill opened in late February in the West Town Corners shopping center in Altamonte Springs.
This is the sixth location for Orlando-based franchisee Jed-Fresh LLC, which is continuing to seek new Central Florida locations for expansion, said president Wade Gosnell.
The new eatery’s general manager is Thelma Nunez, who has five years of operating experience with Qdoba restaurants in southwest Orlando and Madison, Wis.
Wheat Ridge, Colo.-based Qdoba Mexican Grill has 472 restaurants in more than 40 states — including seven in Central Florida, one of which is owned by a different franchisee.
