Greenz Signs Marketing Deal With Beautiful Brands

Dallas-based, Greenz, a chain of three salad restaurants, will get marketing and franchising help through a deal announced Monday with Beautiful Brands International.

Tulsa-based BBI already markets and franchises at least five other small chains including Camille’s Sidewalk Café, FreshBerry Frozen Yogurt Café and Dixie Cream Donuts.

“Greenz is an innovative fast-casual salad concept,” said David Rutkauskas, BBI’s founder, president and chief executive. “Its solid business model and franchising potential makes Greenz the perfect addition to our portfolio… to market across the globe.”

Terms of the agreement between Casie Caldwell, owner of Greenz, and Beautiful Brands International were not disclosed.
