Pat & Oscar’s Restaurants today announced the promotion of three managers to the company’s Senior Leadership Team.

Jim Konstantinides moves from vice president to executive vice president of business development, Nicole Abraham rises from marketing manager to director of marketing and brand development and Stacey Frederiksen is promoted from human resources director to vice president of human resources. “All three of these outstanding employees have been a vital part of Pat & Oscar’s success and growth over the past few years and we are thrilled to move them into the Senior Leadership Team, working collaboratively with other team members as we expand our franchising operations and other plans,” said John Kaufman, president and CEO at Pat & Oscar’s.

Konstantinides has over 30 years of extensive senior level management experience in restaurant site selection and business development with skills vital to rapidly growing start-ups as well as established national restaurant chains. He has acted as a real estate consultant to a number of restaurant chains, including Baja Fresh Mexican Grill, Fatburger and Koo Koo Roo Chicken. In addition to his development work for Pat & Oscar’s, he has also worked, in various capacities, with such well-known chains as Daphne’s Greek Cafe, Applebee’s, Denny’s, La Salsa, TGI Friday’s, Wolfgang Puck Food Company and Manchu Wok.
