California Pizza Kitchen, Inc. (CPK), home of the Original BBQ Chicken Pizza and other innovative hearth-baked pizzas, made-to-order pastas, creative salads, appetizers, soups, sandwiches and desserts, opened its sixth location in Mexico today. The new restaurant, another opened by CPK franchise partner Grupo Calpik, S.A. de C.V., is the first to open in Guadalajara.
The new 5,000 square-foot restaurant seats approximately 220 people and is located inside the Andares Shopping Mall, near the center’s largest retail stores including Palacio de Hierro, Liverpool and Coach. Situated nearby the movie theater, Cinepolis, the new California Pizza Kitchen is also in close proximity to Stadium 3 de Marzo, home field for the Tecos Mexican League Soccer team and Los Colomos Forest known for its recreation spaces for sports, picnics, art classes, and ecological tours.
Tastefully decorated with warm colors and rich textures, the restaurant will open Monday through Wednesday from 12:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., Thursday through Saturday from 12:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. and on Sundays from 12:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
