Profits at Printing.com may be down, but bosses of the Trafford-based company believe a more bullish approach to marketing will bring in new business.
Chief executive Tony Rafferty says the future lies in targeting larger corporates for their smaller jobs.
He said: “We are not looking to replace existing print agencies, but sometimes it is useful to go direct for urgent, low-volume and low-order value jobs.
“We want to raise our profile to larger businesses. With the economic climate as it is, everyone is having to work differently.”
