Miami Subs Pizza & Grill, the originator of the fast casual restaurant concept, today announced the appointment of Dan Holland as Director of Global Franchising. Holland is a former president of Papa John’s Pizza.
Holland joined Papa John’s when the then fledgling chain had only 23 units. As president and Director he was instrumental in growing the company to more than 900 locations prior to leaving. As one of the three principals of Papa John’s International, Dan was involved in taking the chain public.
Following Papa John’s Dan has been involved with a variety of other concepts in the restaurant industry in both an ownership & consulting role.
