Franchise Pizza Capers has fast-tracked its South Australian expansion plans, opening its first store in Collinswood this month.
Adelaide-born Grant Ridge discovered the franchise while living on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast.
“The flavour and quality of the ingredients was incredible and I knew right away these guys were on to a winner,” he said.
“I had been working with various franchises for over 10 years, and from a business perspective, Pizza Capers had all the right pieces in place.”
Mr Ridge approached Pizza Capers co-founders Anthony Russo and Scott Geiszler about their plans for taking the concept to South Australia.
“Now, three months later, I’m excited to open this new store,” Mr Ridge said.
Mr Geiszler said Mr Ridge’s enthusiasm for the brand gave him the confidence to bring the franchise to SA.
