Master Licensees (MLs) have the exclusive right to develop the ActionCOACH brand within their territory. The Master Licensee model is regarded as an extremely effective means of expanding franchise systems nationally and internationally.
In return, Master Licensees generate revenue by selling franchises and collecting royalties on the revenue of their franchisees.
Schin helped pioneer ActionCOACH in the U.S. by becoming Master Franchisee for Pennsylvania. As the most senior member between U.S. Master Franchisees, he helped create and was elected first president of U.S. Master Franchisee Advisory Board.
