Seattle Community Bolstered By New Biz Opportunities

Eastside Business Journal:

The Franchise Discovery Event being held in the Seattle area on September 24 & 26, 2009 offers local entrepreneurs an exciting opportunity to take control of their earning potential through ownership of businesses that help to build healthy, thriving communities.

The purpose of the event will be to inform attendees of the personal and professional benefits of franchising, including an emphasis on the regenerative qualities of franchising for the communities in which these new businesses are established. Two very diverse industries will be showcased at the Franchise Discovery Event, including one associated with the business services and graphics sectors, and the second facilitating educational development through Chyten’s Test Preparation and Tutoring Services.

Growing to nearly 1000 locations world-wide since 1975, the featured companies have demonstrated a long and successful track record of establishing prosperous owner-operated franchises that stimulate local economic and community growth.

According to a recent study released by Washington State University and the Seattle Executives Association, overall market optimism has steadily risen throughout the first two quarters of 2009, creating prime conditions for individuals who are interested in starting their own business.
