Jantzer, 27, who worked for Dutch Bros. in a variety of locations before coming to Brookings in June, is excited about being a new business owner and is looking forward to getting acquainted with all of his Brookings and Crescent City customers.
“Being a part of the Dutch Bros. family for so many years, I was eager to take on a franchisee role when the opportunity opened,” Jantzer said.

He said Dutch Bros is a fun-loving, spirited company and he wants all of his customers to enjoy that same spirit, as well as the delicious coffee they serve.

He explained that Dutch Bros. was founded in Southern Oregon in 1992 by brothers Dan and Travis Boersma and, according to company sources, is believed to be the country’s largest privately-held coffee-only drive-thru in the U.S., with 150 locations in Oregon, California, Washington, Idaho, Nevada, Colorado, and Arizona.
