fnbnews.com:

Kaati Zone, the leading Indian quick-service restaurant (QSR) chain owned by the East-West Ethnic Foods Private Ltd, has rolled out a total make-over initiative. It has already invested Rs 25 lakh to revamp and offer a new menu. Another Rs 13 crore is pumped in to offer different formats like Dine-in, Delta (Delivery & Takeaway) & Express locations at airports, stations, malls, tech parks and petrol stations. It is also all set to launch operations in Mumbai. Over the next two years, Kaati Zone will be present prominently in southern and western regions.

There will be a brand new logo and a new menu will kick-off at its flagship outlet on Church Street, Bangalore. “Kaati Zone so far has been putting up the building blocks for growth in place, now we are at an inflection point from where we can rapidly expand. We have not yet capitalised the opportunities at Bangalore which houses all 12 outlets. Going forward, we will enter a new city with company owned stores, build the brand awareness and provide proof of concept before moving ahead with franchising,” Kiran Nadkarni, Founder and CEO, KaatiZone, told F&B News in an email interaction.
