Paulo Pereira was tired of the corporate world and wanted to experience new challenges. The former Human Resources Manager at Kirchhoff Automotive wanted to have a business of his own.
“I was looking for a new challenge. When I visited the Franchising Expo in Lisbon, I made my first contact with ActionCOACH,†Pereira said. “My first impression was that it was the biggest business coaching company operating internationally that provided a large amount of training and systems to its coaches and their clients. It also looked like an excellent network for coaches to exchange experiences.â€
“I had decided to start my own business and ActionCOACH focused on supporting small and medium-sized business owners,†he added. “More than 90 percent of Portuguese companies are small businesses, and their owners often have good technical skills, but don’t have the management skills.â€
