RightTime KiDS franchisee, Pam Woodyard, has signed a lease at Oberlin Court in Raleigh where she will open her second RightTime KiDS franchise, in the first quarter 2010. Her other franchise is in Garner. Other Triangle RightTime KiDS locations are in Cary, Morrisville and North Raleigh.
