(Houston, Tex.) has been named its “2009 Franchise of the Year” as well as the “Top Closer of 2009.” C&C Residential Properties, Inc. (Dallas, Tex.) was awarded the “Top Seller of 2009.” Evolution Properties, Inc. (Dallas, Tex.) earned “Rookie of the Year” for a first-year franchise. Brian Loughrige with Springfield Property Management, Inc. (Springfield, Mo.) was named “Top Buyer of 2009.”
