The 3 of a Kind www.three-ofa-kind.com/ group — formed by partners Tarek Tay (left), Gabriel Saliba and Hicham Khodr — runs nine restaurants in Louisiana and Georgia. While best known for the Middle Eastern food of Byblos, the group’ most recent ventures represent a culinary diversification. Coming soon: two Southern diners called Chubby Chicken in the locations most recently occupied by the Fat Hen Grill, which moved nearby.
