Smashburger, a fast-casual restaurant focused on the American staples of burgers and fries, is opening its second Dayton-area location Feb. 24.
The newest location, at 1200 Brown St. near the University of Dayton, will feature one-third and half-pound Smashburgers, Smashchicken sandwiches, Smashdogs and Smashsalads, as well as garlic-seasoned Smashfries.
The Brown Street location will employ as many as 35 people. It is a 2,000-square-foot space with indoor seating for 70 and an outdoor patio that will be able to accommodate up to 40 customers.
