“How To Start A Franchise” Free Workshop Offered By GLC, SCORE

Greater Lafayette Commerce and SCORE are partnering to offer a free workshop entitled “How to Start a franchise Business” from 6:00p to 8:00p on Tuesday, March 2nd at the Swezey Commerce Center, 337 Columbia St. in Downtown Lafayette, Indiana.

There is a misperception that franchises are expensive and for food and retail only. This workshop will discuss a broader range of franchises and how affordable they can be.

Jim Gleason of FranNet of Mid-America will conduct the workshop. Gleason is a franchise consultant with experience matching parties with franchises.

Greater Lafayette Commerce’s Jerry Holsapple said, “the workshop will help participants determine if franchise business ownership is a good fit for them and it will help them find a way to establish that all important first contact with a quality company.”
