New PuroClean CEO Sets Out On Ambitious 100-Day Tour Of Franchise System

Franchising.com:

In an effort to rally the system behind his vision for the future of the nation’s fastest growing property emergency services franchise, new PuroClean CEO Lauren John Reid is embarking on an international tour to build relationships with the men and women who ultimately determine the company’s success — its franchise owners.

Reid, who officially took the post on February 8, 2010, is setting out on the tour during his first 100 days on the job to share his strategic plan for PuroClean – to make them the No. 1 choice of insurance companies for property damage emergency mitigation services for homes and commercial businesses, as well as large-scale natural disaster and catastrophic clean up projects. The excursion will also give Reid an opportunity to build relationships with PuroClean’s 300+ franchise owners.

“PuroClean’s franchisees are a driven, energetic group,” Reid said. “I’m looking forward to meeting them face-to-face to involve them in our strategic plan for continued growth.”
