Domino’s Pizza Inc., the second- largest U.S. pizza maker, expects India to be among the company’s five largest markets in the next three years as business in the South Asian nation expands 42 percent annually.
Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd., the company’s Indian franchisee, has tripled the number of stores in the past five years, J. Patrick Doyle, who took over as chief executive officer of the Ann Arbor, Michigan-based company earlier this week, told reporters in New Delhi today during his first overseas trip since taking over. Domino’s opened its 9,000th store today in the Indian capital.
